The Everyday.Inc is a brand owned and operated by SS Studio, an Indian direct-to-consumer t-shirt brand.

2. Eligibility

By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
You are residing within India
The information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if eligibility conditions are not met.

3. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice
Product images on our store are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and fabric dye lots
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, sizing, and fabric information. In the event of a material error, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise

4. Orders & Contract

Placing an order on our store constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order via email or WhatsApp
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued
Once an order is confirmed and enters processing, it cannot be modified. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout
SS Studio issues GST-compliant tax invoices for all orders placed on The Everyday.Inc

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice
Prices displayed at the time of checkout are final for that transaction
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or net banking credentials
Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets as made available by Razorpay at the time of purchase
In the event of a payment failure, please do not attempt multiple transactions before confirming with us. We are not responsible for duplicate charges arising from repeated payment attempts

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India only. We do not currently offer international shipping
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed. Delays due to courier partners, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a breach of these terms
Shipping is carried out via our logistics partner Shiprocket and associated courier services
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon dispatch from our facility
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you

7. Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion
Only one discount code may be applied per order unless explicitly stated otherwise
Discount codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically permitted
We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any discount code or promotional offer at any time without prior notice
Misuse, sharing, or unauthorised distribution of discount codes may result in cancellation of the relevant orders and deactivation of the code
Seasonal sale prices apply only during the designated sale period and cannot be retrospectively applied to prior orders

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All return, exchange, and refund requests are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Please review it carefully before placing your order.

In summary:

Preference-based returns are eligible for Store Credit or Exchange only — no cash refunds
All requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery
Verified defects, damage, or incorrect items may be eligible for a replacement or refund to the original payment method

9. Intellectual Property

All content on The Everyday.Inc store — including but not limited to logos, brand name, product designs, photographs, graphics, and text — is the property of SS Studio and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our store without prior written permission from SS Studio
The brand name The Everyday.Inc and associated designs are proprietary to SS Studio. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement

10. User Conduct

By using our store, you agree not to:

Use our store for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or information
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our store, systems, or data
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content from our store
Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of our store

We reserve the right to block access or cancel orders from users who violate these conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

SS Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question
We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier partners, payment gateways, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of India
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra
