Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At The Everyday.Inc, we stand behind every tee we make. Our policy is designed to be simple, fair, and straightforward — so you always know where you stand.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


Important Notice — Please Read Before Ordering

The Everyday.Inc does not offer cash or source-mode refunds for preference-based returns (sizing, fit, or change of mind). All eligible returns are resolved through Store Credit or a Size/Style Exchange only.

Refunds to the original payment method are available only in cases of a verified manufacturing defect, transit damage, incorrect item, or material misdescription.


1. Return Policy

What We Accept We accept preference-based return requests (sizing, fit, or preference) when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is initiated within 5 days of delivery, including the date of delivery
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original tags are intact and the item is in its original packaging
  • The item is free from stains, odours, makeup, perfume, or any signs of use
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • The item passes our quality check upon receipt

Return Timeframe Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery, including the date of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Condition of Item Items that fail our quality verification will be returned to you at your cost. No Store Credit or exchange will be processed for items that do not meet the condition requirements above.

This fee covers reverse logistics and quality inspection and will be deducted from the Store Credit issued.

Non-Refundable Charges Standard shipping charges are non-refundable for preference-based returns.


2. How Returns Are Resolved

The Everyday.Inc does not process cash refunds for preference-based returns. All eligible returns are resolved in one of the following ways:

  • Store Credit — Issued to your The Everyday.Inc account within 3–5 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned item. Store Credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and can be used on any item on our store.
  • Size or Style Exchange — See Section 3 below.

3. Exchange Policy

Eligibility Exchanges are available on all items, subject to stock availability, provided the return eligibility conditions in Section 1 are met.

General Exchange Terms

  • One free size or style exchange is permitted per order
  • A second exchange, if approved, is limited to a size exchange only and will incur a charge of ₹100
  • A maximum of two exchanges are permitted per order
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery, including the date of delivery
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing

A Note on Fit The Everyday.Inc provides a size guide based on standard measurements. Fit may vary across styles due to differences in silhouette, cut, fabric weight, and construction. Variation in fit across styles is an inherent characteristic of garment design and does not, by itself, constitute a defect or misdescription.


4. Defect, Damage, Wrong Item & Misdescription Claims

We take every measure to ensure your order leaves us in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, please notify us as follows:

  • Transit Damage / Wrong Item: Report within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs, and a complete unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened
  • Manufacturing Defect / Misdescription: Report within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs, an unboxing video, and a description of the issue

Important: Claims made without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review under this section. We strongly recommend recording your unboxing for every order received from The Everyday.Inc.

Items reported under this section must not be used beyond the reasonable inspection or try-on required to identify the issue.

Once verified, we will offer an appropriate remedy — which may include a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, including shipping charges where applicable.


5. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Processing Orders may be cancelled at no cost before they enter the processing stage. The full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

After Processing Once an order has entered processing or packaging, cancellation may not be possible. Where we agree to such a cancellation, a deduction of up to ₹100 may apply to cover non-recoverable processing and handling costs already incurred.

If We Cancel If The Everyday.Inc cancels a confirmed order for reasons attributable to us — including stock unavailability — a full refund will be issued to your original payment method without any deduction.


6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at shweta@theeverydayinc.com or WhatsApp us at +91 98198 98648 within the applicable timeframe
  2. Share your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photographs or unboxing video (if applicable)
  3. Follow the instructions provided for shipping the item back
  4. Once received and verified, your Store Credit or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days

For unresolved concerns, please contact us using the details below. We aim to respond to all escalations within 48 hours.

9. Policy Updates

The Everyday.Inc may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page and will apply prospectively. Orders already placed will continue to be governed by the policy version in force on the date of purchase.
