At The Everyday.Inc, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and without any surprises. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping Destination
We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping is completely free on all orders. No minimum order value required. What you see at checkout is what you pay — no hidden delivery charges.
3. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
- During high-demand periods such as sales, launches, or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer. We will communicate any such delays proactively
4. Delivery Timeline
- Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days depending on your location
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata) may receive orders sooner
- Remote, rural, or hard-to-reach pin codes may take additional time beyond the standard window
- Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays
- Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a breach of our obligations
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email with your courier partner details and AWB (tracking) number
- Tracking updates are sent automatically by Shiprocket. For real-time tracking, you may also visit shiprocket.in and enter your AWB number directly

6. Our Logistics Partner
- We ship all orders through Shiprocket and its associated courier network, which includes partners such as Delhivery, Ecom Express, Blue Dart, and others
- The courier partner assigned to your shipment is determined by Shiprocket based on your delivery pin code and serviceability. The Everyday.Inc does not control the choice of courier partner for individual shipments
- The courier partner assigned to your order may vary based on your location and serviceability
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order
- The Everyday.Inc is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or non-availability of the recipient, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases
8. Undelivered or Lost Shipments
- If your order has not been delivered within 10 business days of dispatch and the tracking shows no update, please contact us immediately at shweta@theeverydayinc.com or WhatsApp +91 98198 98648
- We will raise an investigation with our courier partner via Shiprocket and provide a resolution within 5–7 business days of the complaint being raised
- Please note that investigations with courier partners via Shiprocket typically take 7–10 business days to conclude. We appreciate your patience during this process
- In the event of a confirmed lost shipment attributable to the courier, we will offer a replacement or Store Credit as appropriate
9. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged:
- Please do not accept a delivery that appears severely tampered with or damaged at the time of handover
- If damage is noticed after opening, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs, and an unboxing video
- Claims reported without an unboxing video may not be eligible for resolution. Please refer to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy for full details
